These apartments are in very high demand; we would be glad to discuss rental by phone or in person. Apartment B often is rented for the entire summer.
For weekly rental, our security policy requires a deposit of $200.00, and will be used as a security deposit during your stay!
For monthly rental, a lease arrangement is required, and our security policy requires a first month and security equivalent at time of lease signing.
Rates vary according to season.
